About “Stay Set”
The “Stay-Set” is a 10 week health coaching program designed for former Resetters who want accountability, a less strict program, accessibility to me, your coach, motivation, continued participation in a community focused on the same goals. Rather than focusing on losing BodyFat, our focus will be on maintaining. We will use an 80:20 approach to our beloved Reset guidelines and I will teach you tips and tricks to keeping it 80:20. We will continue to develop our healthy habits so that they truly become habit, while still indulging when we feel it is worth it. We will still Reset in September with the TrueFit Fall Reset. The “stay-set” just helps you not regain all the fat you worked so hard to lose, but with an 80:20 approach, we will still need to Reset our tastebuds and hormones again in the Fall to continue progressing towards our goals
